The session
A structured half-day for the full leadership team — the natural next step after the Framing Call. Each leader completes the Product Culture Assessment © individually before we meet, building their own picture of where the organisation stands.
In the session, we bring the results together: exploring where perceptions align, where they diverge, and what the differences reveal about your real starting point. From there, we work through the implications as a group — mapping where it makes sense to focus: product leadership, capability building, accelerated product discovery, vibe coding sprints, customer field studies, or other targeted interventions.
